Over the summer or when it gets warmer I will be working on this beastie, he will have a motion sensor connected to a complete C90 engine. This will power a cam connected to his arms, it will either smash  the floor up or rip itself apart, will take a long time to make but will get started when I have collected the rest of the parts. Am also working on a new ride based on a vintage board track racer.

Coffee Machines

Been spotting these bad boys up and down the A10 since my man pointed them out to me, had to have a go, so I made this, not quite sure of a name yet but will be a desktop-bedside lamp. More photos coming soon. Would like to make some more vintage, coffee machine inspired pieces in the future.

SOMMERFORD GROVE

No more Somerford Grove studio have moved finally what a mission, wish i was into paper sculpture [thanks guys]. New studio looking great a little small mabe but can make as much noise and dust as i can. Photos coming soon....

New series of framed works.

A new series of works, soon to be framed in a vintage moulded frames including this hand grenade (soon to be given a name) and the Field Lobotomiser seen below. Ray guns and Flame-thrower pistols and more cannons to follow shortly. 

Nantes

On a recent trip to France my girlfriend and I visited Les Machine de l'Ile Nantes which featured a 40 ton mechanical elephant that walked around part of a ship building yard. Amazing exibition well worth a visit, millions of pounds have been spent to create this attraction.

Nante is birth place of Jules Verne so many of these giant kinetic sculptures are inspired by 20,000 Leagues under the Sea.

I spotted these fire hydrant things  all over France they look to me like beetle type bugs, very cool I want one.
